super clean room ambient lighting friendly staff
The room was super clean with ambient lighting. The staff's warmth. The atmosphere was very cute and safe. I felt I could relax and be myself there.
The shower's temperature was hard to adjust properly. It was either too hot or too cold. A little frustrating

connecting door non-functioning outer door
the breakfast offered fresh melon and bircher, acceptable.
My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. This caused discomfort and a sense of insecurity. the outer door also did not function properly. the receptionist suggested it was my fault a stranger walked into my brother's room because i did not put the hanger on the door.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
ineffective air conditioning unwelcoming staff
The room I had was not ideal , as the air conditioning was quite ineffective. It kept cycling on and off. there was no assistance offered with luggage , I had to manage everything myself. The check-in staff member wasn't particularly cute. The overall experience fell short of what I expect from a hotel in this category.

air conditioning staff helpfullness breakfast choice run down hard pillows poor quality duvet
The air conditioning worked perfectly (a real blessing). The staff members were helpful and friendly. I thought the breakfast had a good selection of items. There was an ice machine conveniently located on my floor. I also appreciated the welcome drink with fruit in the lobby.
The hotel seemed a bit run down inside. The pillows were firmer than I prefer. The duvet reminded me of it was not of the highest quality. I thought the area surrounding the building was not particularly attractive.

The hotel features quick lifts, very convenient when traveling with luggage. The bathroom in my room included a clean and effective shower. Breakfast had a good selection of food (I especially liked the fresh fruit).
